  • Links to products that might help you kickstart weight loss, keeping in mind that the best approach to weight loss is one that involves support by an accredited Dietitian or Nutritionist.

Reliable nutrition information can help you on your way to a healthier diet and this site was developed by a fully Accredited Dietitian.

A Dietitian (A universally recognised Diet and Nutrition expert) is the ideal person to assist you on your journey providing a wealth of information, support, guidance and empowerment to change your life and maintain that change for good. Dietitian’s are trained in Medical Nutrition therapy therefore providing accurate advice based on your medical conditions.

This website is to provide you with some of the knowledge, nutrition facts and information I have gained over the years which has helped my clients lose weight and keep it off.

Please note that most of the content in this website is based on my opinion on diet and nutrition and some information is supported by clinical research, whilst other information is based on what I have found works well in practice however may not apply to everyone.

For those who live in Perth, Western Australia (Northern suburbs) and are interested in enquiring about appointments and fees please send an e-mail on the Contact page.

REMEMBER This is very important. A diet is bad. If you chose to go on a diet it will mean that you plan to one day stop that diet. Unfortunately Weight loss doesn't work that way. You need to approach Weight Loss by slowly changing your lifestyle. Not with a diet!
